These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Pizzeria ATA website and our online takeaway ordering service. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About Pizzeria ATA

Pizzeria ATA is an Italian takeaway pizzeria specialising in handcrafted Roman-style pizza made fresh daily. We are located at Via Poggio Bracciolini 44, 00156 Roma RM, Italia and are open Tuesday through Sunday, 19:00 – 23:00.

3. Takeaway Service Only

Pizzeria ATA operates exclusively as a takeaway service. All orders must be collected in person from our address at Via Poggio Bracciolini 44, Roma. We do not offer table dining or home delivery at this time. Orders can be placed online via our website or by calling us directly on +39 351 879 9610.

4. Online Ordering

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion — for example due to ingredient availability, operational capacity, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases we will contact you as soon as possible.

5. Menu and Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable Italian taxes (IVA). Our menu includes Pizze Classiche, Pizze Speciali, Antipasto, Best Match combos, and Bevande. Prices and menu items are subject to change without prior notice. We use premium certified Italian ingredients across our menu including DOP and IGP certified products.

6. Payment

Payment is made at the point of collection. We accept cash and major payment cards. Online payment options may be introduced in the future and will be clearly communicated on our website and social media channels.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

To change or cancel your order, please call us immediately at +39 351 879 9610. Once the kitchen has started preparation we may be unable to accommodate changes or issue a refund. We will always do our best to assist you where possible.

8. Allergens and Dietary Information

Our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients including gluten (wheat flour), dairy (fior di latte, parmigiano, burrata), eggs, nuts (pistacchio), fish (alici, filetti), and other common allergens. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free due to the shared kitchen environment.

To the fullest extent permitted by Italian law, Pizzeria ATA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any single order shall not exceed the value of that order.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome (Tribunale di Roma), Italy.
